Ingredients

2 cups of Flour

1 tablespoon of Baking powder

1 pinch of Salt

250 grams of Sugar

3 Eggs

½ cup of Orange juice

½ cup of Milk

½ cup of Oil

Zest of half an orange

Strawberry jam

Powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1 : In a bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Step 2 : Add the sugar and mix.

Step 3 : Beat the eggs and combine them with the orange juice, milk, oil, and orange zest.

Step 4 : Add half of the previous mixture to the flour and mix until incorporated.

Step 5 : Then add the remaining mixture and fully incorporate.

Step 6 : Pour the batter into two 20 cm pans previously greased and floured.

Step 7 : Place in a preheated oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

Step 8 : Allow to cool and remove from the pans.

Step 9 : Spread jam on top of one cake layer and place the other on top.

Step 10 : Finally, dust with powdered sugar, cut into portions, and serve.
