Ingredients

200 grams of Catfish
Thyme
3 Garlic cloves
1 cup of Milk
½ cup of Cream
½ cup of Shrimp
Hard-boiled egg
Paprika
1 Bay leaf
1 Long onion (spring onion)
2 tablespoons of Flour
1 tablespoon of Butter
1 Langoustine
Parsley
Breadcrumbs
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : The first step is to despin and cut the fish into small pieces.
Step 2 : Next, prepare a fish broth by adding chopped onion, salt, paprika, garlic, thyme, and bay leaf, then boil for 15 minutes.
