Stuffed Beef Rolls

Ingredients

1 kilogram of Beef fillets

1 pound of Stick-shaped cheese

1 cup of Tomato sauce

1 Pre-cooked carrot sticks

½ pound of Pre-cooked green beans

1 Finely chopped onion

2 Chopped bacon

½ cup of Water

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Season the beef fillets with salt and pepper, and fill them with cheese, carrot, and green beans, then roll them with plastic wrap.

Step 2 : Cook in a pot with water for 15 minutes, then remove and discard the plastic.

Step 3 : In a skillet, brown the rolls until they are nicely golden all over and set aside.

Step 4 : In another skillet, sauté the bacon and onion for 5 minutes, then add the tomato sauce and water, letting it reduce for 3 minutes.

Step 5 : To serve, accompany the rolls with the sauce and a green salad with tomato and avocado.

Step 6 : Optional: you can secure the rolls with wooden toothpicks before cooking them directly in the skillet with a little oil over low heat to prevent burning on the outside and rawness inside.
