Ingredients

500 grams of Large shrimp

2 cups of Sliced bread

3 Finely chopped garlic cloves

4 tablespoons of Olive oil

1 A handful of chopped cilantro

4 Eggs

1 Fish stock cube

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : The shrimp are boiled in water with salt and a fish stock cube until they change color.

Step 2 : Then they are removed, and the broth is left to cook for a few minutes.

Step 3 : In a skillet with olive oil, the garlic is browned, cilantro is added, and everything is mixed with the broth.

Step 4 : The eggs are poached in boiling water and set aside.

Step 5 : In a deep plate, arrange slices of bread, place the shrimp on top, and pour the broth over everything.

Step 6 : Finish with the poached egg and season with salt and pepper.
