Roasted Oriental Wings
Ingredients
800 grams of Perfectly cleaned chicken wings
60 milliliters of White vinegar
80 milliliters of Tomato sauce
150 milliliters of Teriyaki sauce
2 Crushed garlic cloves
80 milliliters of Orange juice
5 grams of Black pepper
20 grams of Grated ginger
20 grams of Sugar
5 milliliters of Hot sauce
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : First, preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2 : Then, cut the wings at the joints.
Step 3 : In a bowl, mix the vinegar, sauces, pepper, ginger, sugar, hot sauce, and a little salt.
Step 4 : Marinate the wings in this mixture for at least 20 minutes.
Step 5 : After marinating, remove the wings and set aside the marinade.
Step 6 : Place the wings in a baking dish and drizzle with warm orange juice mixed with a little water.
Step 7 : Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the size of the wings.
Step 8 : After this time, remove the foil and baste the wings with the reserved marinade.
Step 9 : Return to the oven and broil until golden.
Step 10 : Ensure that the meat does not dry out.
Step 11 : For the sauce, mix tomato sauce, a little orange juice, honey, hot sauce to taste, teriyaki sauce, and grated ginger.
Step 12 : This sauce can be served as a side to the delicious wings.
