½ pound of Head onion

1 pound of Long onion

1 pound of Chonto tomato

½ pound of Bell pepper

1 Garlic

Plain parsley

1 Thyme-laurel bundle

1 pound of Sabanera potato

1 pound of Yuca

2 pounds of Rice

100 grams of Natural annatto

Vegetable oil

Cumin

1 Avocado

Cilantro

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this dish, start by making a marinade with long onion, parsley, garlic, cumin, laurel, and thyme.

Step 2 : Then, let the pig bones rest in the marinade for 24 hours.

Step 3 : After this time, sauté long onion, head onion, garlic, bell pepper, tomato, thyme, laurel, and parsley in hot oil in a skillet.

Step 4 : Once this mixture has reduced, add the pig bones with the marinade and sauté until they reach a steady temperature.

Step 5 : Then, cover the preparation with water and let it cook on low heat.

Step 6 : After 15 minutes of boiling, add the potato and yuca at the same time.

Step 7 : Cook until they are tender and ready to enjoy.
