Ingredients
30 milliliters of Oil
1 Garlic head
1 Medium onion
150 grams of Chorizo
1 tablespoon of Flour
2 Bay leaves
450 grams of Lentils
1 Broth cube
1 pinch of Sweet paprika
50 grams of Ham tip
2 tablespoons of Crushed tomato
Preparation
Step 1 : The lentils are cooked with ham tip, chorizo, bay leaves, whole garlic, and broth cube in boiling water.
