1 ½ pound of Meat
½ pound of Chopped bacon
Thin pork casing
1 pinch of Pepper
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Cinnamon

Step 1 : The first step is to divide the bacon into two parts: one part is cut into very small pieces, while the other is ground together with the meat.
Step 2 : Then, add the seasonings to the mixture and carefully knead to form small balls.
Step 3 : Next, wash the casing with a generous amount of lemon juice to remove any excess fat or dirt.
Step 4 : Then, stuff the balls into the casing and tie them, leaving the desired distance between each.
Step 5 : Proceed to cook the stuffed balls in boiling salted water for approximately 15 minutes.
Step 6 : Once ready, remove them from the water and use a pin to drain excess liquid.
