Ingredients
½ kilogram of Pig's foot
250 grams of Bacon
Cumin
Cilantro
Green onion
1 pinch of Salt
Pig's intestine
Preparation
Step 1 : Thoroughly wash the casing and rinse with water and lemon.
Step 2 : Then, process half of the pig's foot along with 100 grams of bacon.
Step 3 : Next, cut the remaining meat into pieces and set aside.
Step 4 : Chop the cilantro and the onion, and place them in a bowl along with the chopped meat and a little salt.
Step 5 : Next, fill the casing with this mixture and cook by roasting it to give it a smoky flavor.
