2 Ripe plantains
2 Eggs
2 tablespoons of Milk
4 tablespoons of Wheat flour
1 teaspoon of Sugar
Cuban cheese cut into cubes

Preparation
Step 1 : Peel the plantains and cut them into small pieces.
Step 2 : Fry in hot oil until lightly golden, then remove and drain.
Step 3 : Mash until they are thin.
Step 4 : Then place the cheese in the middle of two plantain slices and press the edges together.
Step 5 : Beat the eggs, add the milk, and mix well.
Step 6 : Add the flour and sugar until achieving a creamy consistency.
Step 7 : Thoroughly soak the plantains with cheese in the batter and fry in hot oil until golden.
Step 8 : Drain and serve hot.
