Ingredients

3 liters of Water

500 grams of Corn

1 Melao panela

10 Lulos

1 Peel and chopped pineapple

6 Bitter orange leaves

5 Cinnamon sticks

6 Cloves

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this refreshing drink, start by cooking the corn in water for about an hour, until tender.

Step 2 : Once ready, reserve a cup of corn, blend it, and then add it back to the water along with the rest of the corn.

Step 3 : Meanwhile, prepare a melao using panela, bitter orange leaves, cloves, and cinnamon.

Step 4 : Add this melao to the mixture of water and corn, dissolve well, and then add the pulp of the lulos in slices or irregular pieces, followed by the finely chopped pineapple.

Step 5 : Stir all the ingredients evenly, let the mixture cool, and then add ice to serve.

Step 6 : If desired, you can increase the amount of lulo to intensify the flavor of the drink.
