Ingredients

2 cans of Tuna

400 grams of Pre-rolled puff pastry

1 Onion

1 Tomato

200 grams of Tomato sauce

2 Boiled eggs

1 pinch of Chopped parsley

1 pinch of Oregano

1 tablespoon of Oil

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a skillet with oil.

Step 2 : Once the onion is transparent, add the chopped tomato and cook until the liquid evaporates.

Step 3 : Open the cans of tuna and add them to the skillet along with the salt, oregano, and chopped parsley.

Step 4 : Then add the tomato sauce and let it simmer until slightly thickened.

Step 5 : Cut the boiled eggs into small pieces and set aside.

Step 6 : On a flat surface, sprinkle flour and roll out the puff pastry, dividing it into two equal parts.

Step 7 : Place a spoonful of the mixture on one of the pastry sheets and cover with the other sheet of puff pastry.

Step 8 : Cut the pies into empanada shapes with a knife and press the edges with a fork to seal the dough.

Step 9 : Place the mini pies in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 5 minutes.

Step 10 : Once ready, remove from the oven and they are ready to enjoy.
