1 Egg

3 cups of Flour

½ teaspoon of Baking soda

½ teaspoon of Salt

½ teaspoon of Vanilla

½ teaspoon of Cinnamon

2 tablespoons of Oil for greasing the mold

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare these delicious cookies, it is important to preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a flat baking dish that can go into the oven.

Step 2 : In a bowl, mix the melted butter, panela or molasses, vanilla, and egg, beating constantly until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.

Step 3 : Next, gradually add the dry ingredients, previously sifted, into the liquid mixture, mixing well.

Step 4 : Once a uniform dough is formed, shape it into a ball, cover with a cloth, and refrigerate for at least an hour to firm up.

Step 5 : After this time, remove the dough from the refrigerator and, using a rolling pin, roll it out to an approximate thickness of 1 centimeter.

Step 6 : Cut the cookies into the desired shapes and place them on the previously greased baking dish.

Step 7 : Bake the cookies for 8 to 10 minutes, until they are golden and crispy.

Step 8 : Once ready, remove from the oven and let cool before enjoying at any time of the day.
