Ingredients

10 Fresh corn cobs

½ pound of Grated white cheese

1 Beaten egg

1 pinch of Sugar

1 pinch of Salt

Corn husks

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the corn wraps, first cut the corn cobs by scraping the husks and then grind the kernels with the cheese.

Step 2 : Next, knead the kernels with the egg, sugar, and salt until you obtain a homogeneous dough.

Step 3 : Then, take portions of the dough and place them on leaves to form the wraps, which should be approximately 8 cm long.

Step 4 : Seal the wraps, knead them, and place in a pot with boiling water for about 30 minutes.

Step 5 : To prevent sticking, you can place some husks at the bottom of the pot.
