Cold Salad
Ingredients
1 Packet of pasta shapes or spirals
4 Eggs
250 grams of Mayonnaise
2 Sliced pineapple
1 pound of Smoked lomo or ham
¼ Red onion
Preparation
Step 1 : The pasta shapes are boiled in a pot with water and salt to taste.
Step 2 : Meanwhile, the eggs are boiled in another pot.
Step 3 : Once cooked, the pineapple and ham are cut into small pieces, and the onion into very small bits.
Step 4 : When the pasta is cooked, it is drained and placed in a dry container.
Step 5 : Then, add the ham, onion, and mayonnaise.
Step 6 : Finally, the eggs are sliced as desired and added.
Step 7 : Mix everything very well and refrigerate to cool.
Step 8 : It's best enjoyed cold, so it's recommended not to keep the temperature too high when heating it.
