The Clean Bollo is a traditional tamale from our region, made with soaked corn dough and wrapped in corn husks. Its smooth texture and authentic flavor make it a dish that evokes culture and the love for homemade food. Perfect for sharing with family or during traditional celebrations.

Ingredients
1 ½ kilogram of Pilled Corn
1 pinch of Salt
Large Corn Husks
Cabuya
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, first soak the corn overnight and clean it of impurities.
Step 2 : Then, discard the soaking water and cook the corn in fresh water for 30 minutes, then let it cool.
Step 3 : Once the corn is cool, drain it and grind it until you get a smooth dough, which you should knead with a bit of salt.
Step 4 : Next, wash the corn husks and place 3 tablespoons of dough in each one.
Step 5 : Cover the dough with another corn husk, wrap the tamale well, folding the ends and tying it.
Step 6 : Finally, cook the tamales in boiling water with a little salt for 30 minutes.
Step 7 : And they will be ready to enjoy!
